Neeti Sansare Upadhye is an award-winning media leader with experience in video journalism, documentary filmmaking and commercial advertising. 

She currently manages a global video team at The Washington Post. Previously, she made documentaries for Brut India, helped launch an immersive VR product at The New York Times and was a pioneer of social video at NowThis. She has also produced several ads for tech giants like Google.

Neeti sits on the Board of Directors for the Online News Association and her work has received several awards, including a newsroom-wide Pulitzer Prize, an Edward R. Murrow, and a Ramnath Goenka. She is dedicated to making the media industry more inclusive.
